These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between fg44 ("we", "us", "the Platform") and any individual ("you", "the Player") who accesses, registers on, or uses the fg44 platform in any capacity. By completing the registration process, logging in to an existing account, depositing funds, placing a wager, or simply browsing the fg44 platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full and agree to be legally bound by them.

These Terms are supplemented by additional policies published on the fg44 platform, including the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific or promotion-specific rules that may be published from time to time. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and a supplementary policy, these Terms shall prevail unless the supplementary policy explicitly states otherwise.

fg44 reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players via the contact details held on their account. Continued use of the fg44 platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Players who do not accept the revised Terms must cease using the platform and may request account closure.

To be eligible to hold and use an fg44 account, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• You are at least 18 years of age. fg44 will verify your age at registration and at any subsequent point it deems necessary.
• You are accessing the platform as an individual acting in your personal capacity, not on behalf of a business entity.
• You are not registered as a self-excluded player on the fg44 platform or on any self-exclusion register that fg44 recognises.
• You have not previously had an fg44 account closed by fg44 for a breach of these Terms.
• You hold only one registered account on the fg44 platform. Multiple accounts per player are strictly prohibited.
• You are using your own funds to deposit and wager — funds that are not the proceeds of any illegal activity.
• You are not an employee, contractor, director, or officer of fg44, nor an immediate family member of any such person.

fg44 employs automated and manual age verification measures. Where verification cannot be completed to our satisfaction, we reserve the right to suspend the account, withhold withdrawals, and void any bets placed during the unverified period. Any balance made up entirely of the player's own deposited funds (net of winnings) will be returned following satisfactory resolution of the verification process.

Single-Account Policy

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one registered account on the fg44 platform. Where fg44 identifies that a single individual has registered multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — all duplicate accounts will be closed immediately. Bonuses claimed across duplicate accounts will be voided, and winnings derived from those bonuses will be forfeited. fg44's decision on matters of duplicate account identification is final.

To access the full functionality of the fg44 platform, you must create a registered account. During registration you will be required to supply accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information, including your legal full name, date of birth, residential address, phone number, and a valid email address. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.

Identity Verification (KYC)

fg44 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process. Before processing your first withdrawal — and at any point thereafter if we consider it necessary — we may request supporting documentation to verify your identity, age, and payment method ownership. Acceptable documents include:

• Identity: National Identity Card (NID), valid passport, or birth certificate.
• Address: Utility bill, bank statement, or official government correspondence dated within 90 days.
• Payment method: Screenshot or statement confirming ownership of the bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or bank account used for deposits.

Failure to provide requested KYC documentation within 30 days of our request will result in suspension of withdrawal functionality. Accounts that remain unverified for 90 days from our initial request may be closed. Deposited funds (net of bonus amounts) held in such accounts will be returned to the originating payment method following satisfactory identification.

Account Security Obligations

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your fg44 account credentials. You must not share your username, password, or OTP codes with any third party. fg44 will never ask for your password via email, telephone, or live chat. You must notify fg44 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation. fg44 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access that results from your failure to maintain adequate credential security.

All transactions on the fg44 platform are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). fg44 does not apply currency conversion charges. The following conditions apply to all deposits and withdrawals made on the platform.

Deposits

• Minimum deposit: ৳500 per transaction.
• Accepted methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard.
• Processing time: Mobile wallet deposits (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) are credited within seconds of wallet confirmation. Bank transfer and card deposits may take up to 30 minutes during standard banking hours.
• Ownership: You may only deposit funds from a payment method that is registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are prohibited and will result in the transaction being reversed and the account reviewed.
• fg44 does not charge a deposit fee. Your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which fg44 accepts no responsibility.

Withdrawals

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500 per transaction.
• Processing time: Mobile wallet withdrawals are typically processed within 24 hours of approval. Bank transfers may take 2–3 business days.
• Withdrawal method: Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for deposits wherever possible. fg44 reserves the right to request additional verification before processing withdrawals to a new or different payment method.
• fg44 does not charge a fee on bKash or Nagad withdrawals. Fees may apply to certain bank transfer or card withdrawal routes — these will be displayed at the point of request.
• Withdrawals will not be processed to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
• Pending withdrawals may be delayed or suspended if your account is under KYC review or if fg44 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity.

Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant if no login activity has been recorded for a continuous period of 12 months. fg44 will notify you at your registered email address before applying any dormancy administration charge. A monthly dormancy fee of ৳200 (or the remaining balance if lower) may be applied to dormant accounts after the notification period has elapsed. fg44 will not apply dormancy fees that cause a balance to go below zero.

fg44 offers bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms of the individual promotion in addition to the general bonus conditions set out in this section. In the event of any conflict, the promotion-specific terms take precedence.

General Bonus Conditions

• Bonuses are available only to players who have completed the registration process and, where required, the identity verification process.
• Each bonus promotion specifies a wagering requirement — the total amount that must be wagered before bonus funds (and associated winnings) can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements will always be clearly stated on the promotion page before you opt in.
• Unless a promotion explicitly states otherwise, bonus funds and real-money funds are kept in separate balances. Real-money funds are used first when placing bets.
• While a bonus is active on your account, a maximum single-bet limit of ৳2,000 applies. Bets placed above this limit during a bonus period may result in the bonus and associated winnings being voided.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until wagering requirements have been satisfied in full.
• fg44 reserves the right to withdraw or modify any bonus at any time with reasonable notice. Bonuses already credited to accounts at the time of modification will continue under their original terms.
• Abuse of bonuses — including but not limited to matched betting, use of multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, exploiting technical errors, or patterns of play designed to circumvent wagering requirements — will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings, and may result in account closure.

Welcome Bonus

New fg44 players may be eligible for a welcome bonus upon making their first qualifying deposit. The welcome bonus is subject to the specific promotion terms displayed at the time of registration. The welcome bonus may only be claimed once per player, per household, and per device. fg44 determines eligibility for the welcome bonus at its sole discretion.

All casino games and sports betting markets available on the fg44 platform are governed by their own individual game rules, which are accessible from within the game interface or the relevant betting market. Players are responsible for reading and understanding the rules of any game or market before participating.

Casino Games

Casino game outcomes on fg44 are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems operated by our third-party game providers, including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. fg44 has no ability to influence game outcomes in real time. The Return to Player (RTP) percentage for each game is determined by the game provider and is available within the game's information panel.

• Disconnections during a game round will be handled in accordance with the relevant game provider's disconnection policy. In most cases, the round will be settled according to the game outcome at the point of disconnection.
• In the event of a technical fault that affects the settlement of a bet, the affected round will be voided and stakes returned. fg44's decision on the settlement of technically affected bets is final.
• fg44 reserves the right to void bets placed on any game that has been affected by a software error, pricing error, or any other technical anomaly that resulted in incorrect odds or parameters being displayed.

Sports Betting

fg44's sportsbook offers pre-match and in-play markets across cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Bangladesh Tigers), football, kabaddi, and other sports. The following conditions apply to all sports bets:

• Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement. fg44 reserves the right to limit or refuse any bet at its discretion.
• Where an event is postponed, abandoned, or cancelled, bets will be settled in accordance with the applicable sporting rules and the settlement policy published in the sportsbook FAQ.
• Obvious pricing errors (including but not limited to incorrect odds resulting from a data feed failure) will result in affected bets being voided, irrespective of the outcome of the event.
• In-play markets may be suspended at any time without prior notice. Any bet submitted during a market suspension will be rejected and stakes returned.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the fg44 platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balance, and referral to relevant authorities where appropriate:

• Underage gambling. Using the fg44 platform if you are under 18 years of age, or assisting a minor in accessing the platform.
• Multiple accounts. Registering or operating more than one fg44 account, whether directly or through a third party acting on your behalf.
• Bonus abuse. Any strategy, pattern of play, or coordinated activity designed to exploit or circumvent bonus terms, including matched betting, arbitrage specifically targeting bonus funds, or collusion between multiple accounts.
• Fraud and money laundering. Using the fg44 platform to process the proceeds of illegal activity, or using fraudulent payment credentials, stolen cards, or unauthorised third-party payment accounts.
• Collusion. Any arrangement between two or more players to gain an unfair advantage in poker, live casino, or any other game format that permits player interaction.
• Use of automated tools. Deploying bots, scripts, automated betting systems, or any software that interacts with the fg44 platform without direct human input for each action.
• Chargebacks. Initiating a chargeback, payment reversal, or dispute with your payment provider in bad faith after receiving services from fg44. Any balance associated with a fraudulent chargeback will be forfeited in full.
• Harassment. Threatening, abusing, or harassing fg44 staff or other players via live chat, email, or any other communication channel.

fg44 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, where we have reasonable grounds to believe that a breach of these Terms has occurred, that the account poses a fraud or security risk, or that continued operation of the account would be contrary to our responsible gaming obligations.

Player-Initiated Closure

You may request the closure of your fg44 account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Before closing your account, any pending withdrawal requests will be processed to their conclusion. Any remaining verified balance at the time of closure will be returned to your nominated payment method within 5 business days.

fg44-Initiated Closure

Where fg44 closes an account due to a breach of these Terms (including but not limited to fraud, bonus abuse, or prohibited conduct), any bonus funds, bonus winnings, and funds under investigation may be forfeited. A full account statement will be made available upon request. Where an account is closed following a responsible gaming self-exclusion request, the closure is immediate and irreversible for the elected exclusion period.

Responsible Gaming Closure

Players who wish to close their account for responsible gaming reasons — including self-exclusion — may do so via the account settings dashboard or by contacting support. Self-exclusion periods of 6 months, 1 year, or permanent exclusion are available. During a self-exclusion period, the account cannot be reopened under any circumstances, and no marketing communications will be sent to the excluded player.

The fg44 platform is provided on an "as available" basis. While we make every reasonable effort to maintain continuous platform availability, we do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical faults at all times. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance wherever possible.

• fg44 shall not be liable for any loss of profits, loss of data, loss of opportunity, or any indirect, consequential, or special damages arising out of your use of or inability to use the platform.
• fg44's total aggregate liability to any individual player in respect of any single incident shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player in the 12-month period preceding the incident.
• fg44 is not liable for the actions, errors, or omissions of third-party game providers, payment processors, or telecommunications providers that affect your experience on the platform.
• fg44 does not guarantee continuous availability of any specific game title. Game providers may withdraw or modify titles at any time, and fg44 accepts no liability for such changes.
• Nothing in these Terms limits fg44's liability for death, personal injury, or fraud resulting from our own gross negligence.

By using the fg44 platform, you acknowledge that gambling carries inherent financial risk and that you may lose the entirety of the funds you deposit. fg44 does not guarantee winnings, minimum returns, or positive outcomes from any wager placed on the platform.

fg44 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where amendments are material — meaning they substantively affect player rights, financial terms, or account closure conditions — fg44 will provide at least 14 days' advance notice via registered email before the amended Terms take effect. Non-material amendments (such as corrections of typographical errors, clarifications of existing provisions, or administrative updates) may take effect immediately upon publication.

The current version of these Terms is always accessible at fg44.bio/terms-conditions and is dated with its most recent effective date. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the fg44 platform constitutes acceptance of the Terms as they stand at the time of that use.
